Qualities of a Good Leader

Intelligence is a very important quality for a leader because a leader needs to be smart to know what he or she is doing. Without intelligence a leader would make foolish decisions. Other qualities a good leader should have would be honesty, fairness, and kindness. A good leader should always be honest because the leader's followers look up to the leader and being honest will help a lot. A good leader is also has to be fair to allow everyone to be the same. If some people get to do things differently, others will be left out and they wont feel good. Lastly, a good leader needs to be kind because being kind is overall just nice and people are more pleased when they receive kindness.
